User Agreement
Your use of Photo World & Signs Inc.’s web site constitutes as your agreement to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions is bound by your accessing any pages under Photo World & Signs Inc.’s web domain.

Photo World & Signs Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at anytime, with or without formal notice. By accessing any page under the Photo World & Signs Inc. web domain after any updates to the Terms and Conditions, you agree at that time to be bound to the updated Terms and Conditions. Your access to the Photo World & Signs Inc. web site, completely or partially, may be terminated or suspended for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.

Customer Identification
As specified in our Privacy Policy, Photo World & Signs Inc. keeps all customer information strictly confidential. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Media Storage
When you upload your files to Photo World & Signs Inc. web site, we take every precaution to safeguard it. Even so, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of any stored media. Photo World & Signs Inc. will not share your stored media with any third-party entity, unless that party is directly involved in the production of your order.

Order Processing
Any pricing that may appear on the Photo World & Signs Inc. web site is in US Dollars, and is subject to change at any time. Pricing, including quotes, may not include required setup fees, applicable tax, or shipping costs. Upon order confirmation, all charges will be disclosed before a customer is charged for any print job.

Photo World & Signs Inc. will provide a proof of each print job before production is started. Only upon approval from the customer will Photo World & Signs Inc. place an order in production. Upon written approval of a proof, the customer s order will be placed in production.

It is our policy not to make any changes to our customer’s files. If a customer recognizes any error in a proof such as spelling errors, incorrect graphics, etc the customer must make the change and resubmit the file in question.

Photo World & Signs Inc. is not responsible for errors in customer files, therefore customers are urged to carefully scrutinize proofs when they receive them. We will not honor our satisfaction guarantee for any customer errors, including but not limited to the following:

- Typographical errors, such as misspellings, poor grammar, or incorrect punctuation
- Graphical errors, such as missing images, misshaped images, missing text and missing fonts
- Production errors that are due to incorrect files or information received from the customer, such as wrong cuts due to erroneous crop marks, incorrect folding, and final product size.

As a Photo World & Signs Inc. customer, you agree by submitting your files to us that you have the right to use the images and text contained therein. Photo World & Signs Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order that may be illegal in nature or may infringe on the rights of any third party. Furthermore, you accept full legal liability for all of the content of items produced by us on your behalf and under your instruction. Photo World & Signs Inc. also reserves the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.

Site Usage Restrictions
By using the Photo World & Signs Inc. web site, you are considered to be our customer; as our customer, you agree to the following:

- You have read, understood and agree to abide by the Photo World & Signs Inc. Terms of Use.
- You will not use the Photo World & Signs Inc. web site to make false or fraudulent requests or purchases.
- You will not use any form of automation to access the Photo World & Signs Inc. web site and make purchases or requests.

Photo World & Signs Inc., its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, affiliates and/or subcontractors are not liable for any accident, injury, death, loss, claim, delay, damage or act of God, whether it is consequential, direct, indirect, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or special, as a result of any customer s use of the Photo World & Signs Inc. web site. This limitation in liability includes, and is not limited to, damages to or loss of data, profits, or time.

As a Photo World & Signs Inc. customer, you agree that if a covered party is found liable for any damage or loss, the liability of said party shall not exceed the cost assessed by Photo World & Signs Inc.

Entire Agreement
The Photo World & Signs Inc. Terms of Use, as outlined on this page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Photo World & Signs Inc. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia for any and all disputes that might arise from these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined by law to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photo World & Signs Inc. from any claims and demands, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your use of the Photo World & Signs Inc. web site. You further agree that you own the rights to, or have a license that allows you to use any and all images that are used to produce your order.

All of the content on this web site, including but not limited to, typefaces, logos, graphics, images, icons, designs, verbiage, online tools, software, partner portals, data compilations, products, and services (collectively, Content ) that are under the Photo World & Signs Inc. domain are intellectual property and copyrighted works of Photo World & Signs Inc. All content is protected by US and International copyright laws and other intellectual property laws; furthermore, Photo World & Signs Inc. reserves rights it is afforded by law which may or may not be expressly granted herein.

Copyright Release
By using any service of Photo World & Signs Inc., you agree and acknowledge that you are the legal owner and/or licensee of ALL files submitted to Photo World & Signs Inc. You also absolve Photo World & Signs Inc. of any legal liability related to copyright violation and/or infringement. You assume sole responsibility and liability of ALL forms of artwork submitted to Photo World & Signs Inc. You will retain ownership of the content uploaded or sent to Photo World & Signs Inc.

Copyrights
You warrant that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. You also agree not to infringe on trademarks, patents, trade secrets, the right of privacy, the right of publicity or other legal right of any third party and will comply with all applicable copyright laws, rules, and regulations. You recognize that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, you agree to indemnify and hold Photo World & Signs Inc. harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright.
